Eminem‘s ex-wife, Kim Mathers, is relocating for the second time this year, downsizing from her previous custom-built mansion, one which was reportedly built by Eminem for their children and gifted to Kim.
She is now moving into a new property valued at around half a million dollars, citing the need for a single-level home due to injuries sustained in a 2015 car crash.
Mathers‘ children, including her teenage son Parker, have chosen her current four-bedroom residence in Macomb over moving in with her.
She reportedly obtained a loan of $615,000 from Eminem‘s company, Shady Games Inc., to purchase her current home.
However, less than six months after moving in, she’s relocating to a smaller one-story property with three bathrooms and five bedrooms, offering plenty of room when her three eldest children visit.
The new property boasts enhanced privacy features such as high side gates and a secluded back garden.
It also reportedly has amenities such as a heated swimming pool, hot tub, basketball system, and volleyball net. The serene outdoor area was a significant selling point for Kim, providing solace after a challenging period.
Mathers faced personal difficulties, including the loss of her mother Kathy Sluck last year and a subsequent suicide attempt.
She later entered rehab for addiction, highlighting the importance of finding comfort and stability in her new home.
