The 68-year-old Die Hard star has been battling aphasia which has progressed to frontotemporal dementia.
On Wednesday morning the 45-year-old former model posted an image where the Moonlighting veteran was kissing the face of his wife at Niagara Falls.

Later she said the date was March 2010. They met in 2007, went public in 2008, and wed in 2009.

They have two daughters, Evelyn, nine, and Mabel, 11.
Willis has three daughters with his ex-wife Moore: Rumer Glenn Willis, 35, Scout LaRue Willis, 32, and Tallulah Belle Willis, 30.
It’s been reported Bruce’s family is all staying under one roof amid his health struggles.
A source recently told Us Weekly about his dementia battle: ‘Bruce has good days and bad days, but in the last two months, there are many more bad days than good.
‘This experience has brought the whole family even closer together. No one knows how much time Bruce has left, so they’re soaking up every moment they get with him.’
Another insider added: ‘Once Bruce was diagnosed, everyone came together to keep his memory of the family intact and to be there as a constant reminder [that they] love him. (Everything) revolves around him.
‘Sadly, there’s this ticking clock connected to Bruce’s condition. Everyone has come together for Bruce. They’re thankful they have each other.’

In January, Willis’ daughter Scout has posted an image of the actor stroking her hair as she lay on his bare chest amid his dementia fight.
The 32-year-old and her mom Moore, 61, shared a mass of family snapshots from 2023 over the Christmas holidays including some appearing to be never-before-seen of Bruce, who was forced to retire from acting.
In February 2023, his loved ones revealed his condition had worsened and that he had been diagnosed with frontotemporal dementia.
One of the most poignant photos shared of Bruce by Scout and Demi shows her resting on her dad’s chest, with his tattoos on display – which include the names of his daughters Mabel, 11, and Evelyn, nine, whom he shares with his wife Emma.
Other snapshots included Scout holding her father’s hand as they rest at a table.
This comes a month after Moore said is enjoying all the ‘clichés’ of being a grandma.
The 61-year-old actress became a grandmother for the first time when her eldest welcomed Louetta Isley in April 2023 with her partner Derek Richard Thomas and is loving being able to have ‘fun’ with the little one before sending her back to her mom.
She told E! News: ‘She’s just a pure joy. It really is all the cliché. You get all the fun and joy, and you get to go to bed early and have a good night’s sleep.’

Towards the end of last year, ‘House Bunny’ star Rumer admitted that motherhood had ‘exceeded’ all her expectations even though she had dreamed of having children her whole life.
She told People: ‘Honestly, being a mom is an experience I’ve dreamed about my whole life. And what’s been incredible to experience is that Lou has far exceeded any expectations or any idea or dream that I possibly had. Children are wonderful and these magical, little beings and truly getting to witness and be around them as they discover the world, it’s incredible.’
She also revealed that the little one’s name serves as a tribute to her ‘Die Hard’ star dad Bruce – who is suffering from frontotemporal dementia – because she was named after his two favorite singers.
Speaking during an Instagram Q+A, she said: ‘I have always loved the name Lou so was thinking of that for both a boy or a girl but then when we found out she was a girl, we came up with Louetta.
‘We wanted to give her options and me and my dad’s favourite singers are Lou = Louie Armstrong, Etta = Etta James, Isley = Isley Brothers.’
